Be Sure To List Your Fibromyalgia Self-Help or Support Group with the National Fibromyalgia Partnership! The NFP maintains a national database of FM support services which is available at no charge to patients who need information and support but is NOT published online where it could be misused by uninvited visitors. The database contains contact information about support groups across the country, including details about the educational materials and programming they provide. To add your organization to our database, please email us at the link below and request a support group leader's information form.
